After agreement, the product(s) will be exchanged or refunded at your choice. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of one or more of the products ordered. The product must be in good condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return and exchange costs are your responsibility unless the product(s) delivered prove(s) not to comply with the initial order, in which case the return and exchange costs will be my responsibility.
